  • I've created my account, what next?
    We will review your account and verify your chosen gate code. We will send you an email with your recent invoice, gate code verification, license plate varification, and parking spot number. *Note: If there is a specific parking spot you wish to reserve, as long as it is not already taken, please call us and we can accomodate you.
  • Describe the subscriptions you offer?
    Yearly Subscription This is a one time payment for the year billed annually with automatic renewal. If the subscription is canceled before the end of the year from your initial purchase date you will not be refunded the additional costs incurred. This is ideal if you need to store your vehicles for a long period of time. Monthly Subscription This subscription is automatically billed to you monthly. This is ideal if you only need to store your vehicles for a short period of time. One Time Purchase This is a one time, one month purchase. This is ideal if you only need to store your vehicle for one month.
  • What if I want to change my subscription?
    Changing your subscription type is easy! Give us a call and we can help you over the phone! *Note: If you currently have a month-to-month subscription and cancel you can purchase a yearly subscription at no additional charge. If you currently have a yearly subscription and would like to purchase to a month-to-month based subscription instead, please contact us so you are not additionally charged for canceling.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes of course! All of our subscription plans are automatically billed on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled anytime. However, do note that if you choose a yearly subscription and cancel before the end of your yearly cycle, you will not be refunded the additional costs incurred. Or give us a call and we can help you over the phone!
  • Can I change my gate code?
    We can easily change your gate code or give you a temporary code whenever is needed. Just give us a call! 530-237-3466 *Note: the following codes are not acceptable 00000, 12345, 11111 ... 99999
  • What if I need to upgrade my parking size?
    As long as we have the space available it is super easy! Give us a call, or shoot us an email and we can help you! *Note: If you currently have a yearly subscription and would like to purchase a new yearly subscription for a different parking length please contact us so you are not additionally charged for canceling.
  • What happens when I cancel my subscription.
    We hate to see you go! After you cancel your subscription you will have 3 days to remove your vehicle before we disable your unique gate code. If you fail to remove your vehicle within 3 days please call us urgently or it will be towed.

  • Can I use dump facilities? - COMING SOON
    Not available just yet! Please remember only members of our facility can use our dumping facility. We are also setting up to provide fresh water and a washing station so we can be your one stop shop for your next adventure!
